Sonic Youth was awesome! Didn't make it to see Blind Melon because I was old and drunk. Had a great time anyway.

Sonic Youth @ Dickson Street Music Festival!

Tonite's the nite! Can you believe it's Sonic Youth's first time to perform in Arkansas? Hard to imagine, ain't it? They will be playing at the Dickson Street Music Festival/Springfest tonight. As Pitchfork pointed out, it is a rather...uhm, eclectic lineup. Little sumptin sumptin for everyone, I suppose. I'll probably just head on over to George's afterwards, catch a little Blind Melon, and pretend like it is still the 90s.
